These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 21cuci platform. By registering an account or accessing any 21cuci service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 21cuci platform (the "Platform"), including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and related services, you ("the Member") enter into a legally binding agreement with 21cuci (the "Company") and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

Access to and use of the 21cuci Platform is strictly restricted to natural persons who meet all of the following criteria:
The Company enforces age verification through a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. No deposits, bets, or withdrawals will be processed on an account that has not successfully completed KYC verification. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all associated funds returned to the deposit source.
By registering with 21cuci, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. The Company accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a Member providing false declarations regarding their age or eligibility.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 21cuci staff will never ask for a Member's password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through a Member's account is the sole responsibility of the registered account holder. All financial transactions on the 21cuci Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 21cuci supports deposits and withdrawals through the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time without prior notice.
Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to the Member's account upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. 21cuci accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

All bets placed on the 21cuci Platform, whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sportsbook markets, are subject to the rules of the respective game or market as displayed at the time of wagering. It is the Member's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game or market before placing a bet.
Bets are final and irrevocable once confirmed. The Company shall not be liable for errors made by the Member in placing a bet, including the wrong selection, incorrect stake amount, or misunderstanding of bet terms. In the event of a technical fault that prevents confirmation of a bet, the bet shall be deemed void and any stake refunded.

All content on the 21cuci Platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, design elements, game graphics, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of the Company.
Game content is licensed from third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Playtech, and others. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective licensors.

21cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for a non-fraudulent reason, any verified account balance will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, net of any applicable bonus forfeiture. The Company will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by account suspension where such suspension is made in good faith on reasonable grounds.

No exceptions. Every 21cuci account must pass KYC age verification. Underage accounts are permanently suspended and funds are returned. This applies globally, regardless of local norms.
